About Victoria Burrow

Victoria Burrow is a graduate of Synergy Wellness Academy and a massage therapist at Simple Wellness Solutions. After injuring her lower back, she discovered how beneficial massage therapy could be for recovery and getting back to movement. That experience led her to Simple Wellness Solutions, where she spent several years as the office manager. Watching clients find relief and real change is what helped her realize this was more than a job, it was her calling.

Her recovery also taught her that lasting relief often comes from addressing the “why” behind pain, not just chasing symptoms. Victoria’s work is calm, intentional, and movement-based. She blends focused soft tissue techniques with gentle joint movement and stretching when appropriate to reduce guarding, improve mobility, and support healthier movement patterns.

Guiding belief: When one area gets tight and another gets weak, joints can start to move poorly, so she combines soft tissue work with gentle movement to help your body move better and feel better.

Every client on her table is an honor. Victoria is fluent in Spanish (hablo espanol).

Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, stress, and to promote overall health and wellness.  We offer each of the below therapeutic massage modalities to meet your unique needs in our office, or on-site in the comfort of your home or business. We offer a variety of therapeutic massages.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. Benefits include increased range of motion, strengthening of muscles, and more.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is geared toward participants in athletics. Our massage therapists use this technique to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity, to maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Medical Massage
Beyond relaxation, medical massage has a corrective health benefit. This type of massage helps restore the body and can reduce inflammation and stiffness due to arthritis, and improve circulation, mobility, and lubrication of joints with each healing session.

Massage for Seniors
For seniors, our massage therapists gently manipulate the soft tissue, using careful pressure strokes, hand motion, and friction to soothe the delicate conditions of seniors. Massage for seniors reduces inflammation and stiffness due to arthritis, and improves circulation, mobility, and lubrication of joints.

Couples Massage

Couples Massage

During a couples massage, both individuals are massaged in the same room simultaneously by experienced massage therapists. Whether you are a married couple, still dating, same-sex couple, mother and daughter duo, or best friends, there is nothing like a couples massage for some relaxation and pampering. Couples massage is a great way to spend time together while getting a much-needed massage. You can chat through your massage or enjoy your relaxation period in silence with your partner or friend.
