Abigail and Mckenzie were phenomenal! My husband and I had a Couples massage with hot stones and we cannot recommend enough. We both asked for deep tissue and didn't regret it. Best massage in Grand Rapids for sure!

McKenzie brought relaxation to our parents at Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital. Everyone appreciated her kindness and soothing touch. Very professional, and respectful. We will have her back! Thank you Simple Wellness for providing chair massages for the Pediatric Oncology Resource Team.

McKenzie was awesome! Very knowledgeable about what exactly is going on with my body that is causing my back pain, and she taught me some stretches that will help. I left feeling much less tight and sore. I highly recommend her!

McKenzie performed MLD and it was fabulous, incredibly relaxing and effective! She took time to explain her process beforehand and provided aftercare instructions to maximize my experience. I’ve already rebooked with her!

I had a manual lymphatic drainage facial with McKenzie and it was amazing. Even just working on my face and neck, I felt a noticeable sense of lightness, reduced puffiness, and deep relaxation throughout my body. Planning on booking a full MLD with her to experience the benefits from head to toe!

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, stress, and to promote overall health and wellness.  We offer each of the below therapeutic massage modalities to meet your unique needs in our office, or on-site in the comfort of your home or business. We offer a variety of therapeutic massages.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. Benefits include increased range of motion, strengthening of muscles, and more.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is geared toward participants in athletics. Our massage therapists use this technique to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity, to maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Medical Massage
Beyond relaxation, medical massage has a corrective health benefit. This type of massage helps restore the body and can reduce inflammation and stiffness due to arthritis, and improve circulation, mobility, and lubrication of joints with each healing session.

Massage for Seniors
For seniors, our massage therapists gently manipulate the soft tissue, using careful pressure strokes, hand motion, and friction to soothe the delicate conditions of seniors. Massage for seniors reduces inflammation and stiffness due to arthritis, and improves circulation, mobility, and lubrication of joints.

Couples Massage

Couples Massage

During a couples massage, both individuals are massaged in the same room simultaneously by experienced massage therapists. Whether you are a married couple, still dating, same-sex couple, mother and daughter duo, or best friends, there is nothing like a couples massage for some relaxation and pampering. Couples massage is a great way to spend time together while getting a much-needed massage. You can chat through your massage or enjoy your relaxation period in silence with your partner or friend.

IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN BOOKING COUPLES MASSAGE
Please keep in mind when booking a couples session, you must choose two therapists. Please reach out to the office or directly to your preferred therapist to book a couples massage.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be. While her body is going through dramatic changes, this modality of massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
