About Sara

Sara Harring is a native of west Michigan, she attended Blue Heron Academy from 2003-2005 graduating with certification in the 1200hr medical Massage program. Since completing her degree she has worked in numerous locations treating clients with conditions such as migraines, sciatica, carpal tunnel, muscle tension, tendonitis, assisting in rehabilitation in order regain mobility, improve circulation, decrease pain and inflammation. Her training protocol which incorporates joint mobilization, appropriate individualized pressure application, exercise and stretching recommendations is designed to help individuals achieve their best physical being. This training is incorporates deep tissue, Swedish and medical massage.

In her leisure time Sara enjoys outside activities such as golf, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and yoga. She has a passion for cooking and creating tasty healthy recipes and leaving a green footprint.
