About Brenda

Brenda has been working in the health & wellness industry for almost 16 years receiving more than 15 different certifications covering Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset and Energy work.

She spent the majority of her career as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor in the surrounding Grand Rapids area. When gyms closed down temporarily in 2020 she transitioned her wellness business to online as a Nutrition & Mindset coach for women. During that transition she experienced her own personal mental health struggles that led her to booking a session with a Reiki Master Healer.

That first session was so transformative in Brenda’s life that she has spent the last 2 1/2 years practicing, researching and educating herself on Reiki Energy Healing and its many benefits. Brenda is now certified at the Master Level in Reiki Healing. Her passion and purpose in life is to help others just like herself that may be struggling with mental, physical and/or spiritual well-being.

She uses an Holistic approach with all of her clients when it comes to optimizing their health. Brenda has come full circle in her career in understanding that one must combine the physical, nutritional, emotional & spiritual parts as ONE unit in order to truly thrive in life.

Brenda offers Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Reiki Energy Healing, or what she likes to call Holistic Body Healing which combines both the Holistic Lifestyle Coaching & Reiki Healing.
