Hypnotherapy Session 

Hypnotherapy is a form of guided relaxation using concentration where the ideas expressed by the therapist are generally experienced more vividly, which in turn creates a new awareness. The only requirement for getting therapeutic results is that the person has a conscious desire to change.

What will our session look like together?
You will get into a relaxed reclined position and I will guide you into a “trance state” which feels similar to how you would feel if you were in a guided meditation, then I will guide you through a given scenario, usually where you are imagining a healing moment. This main portion of therapy will integrate your own personal pieces throughout the session, including your own affirmations that you will create during the interview intake. After the main hypnosis session takes place and concludes, I will coax you out of your trance and back into a waking state. You will not usually fall asleep, instead just experience a deep relaxation.
