- Resetting your circadian rhythm which will help to balance hormone production, regulate your body temperature, boost immune function, regulate digestion and reduce hunger cravings.
- Managing mental, emotional & physical stress on the body through breathwork, meditation, reiki healing, movement & other modalities.
- Introducing Intuitive Eating and utilizing food and nutrition to support your body and set it up for optimal health. Realigning your relationship with food by listening to your body and becoming aware of how it responds to certain foods. Learning what your individual body needs in order to thrive both mentally and physically.
- Introducing Healthy Movement to your everyday life through physical exercise and getting out in nature to promote self-healing and improve your mental health and physical well-being.
